BOOKING & RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to destination. Reservations made less than 15 days are subject to an expedite fee of $30.00/PAX for document shipping and handling.
BOOKING A TOUR WITH PAGAN NOMADS: To book one of our tours; email us the following information: Name of Guest/s, Contact Information, Tour Title & Destination and No. of Guest/s, Booking Date, Flight Details (Arrival Date/Departure Date) and other important information to help us make your trip hassle free. Wait for our reply/confirmation before you make payments.
Postponement, Cancellation and Refund Policies
POSTPONEMENT: Once booking have been finalized, no ammendment. Any postponement is charged in full. No Refund.
CANCELLATION:Once booking have been finalized, no ammendment. Hotel Accommodation and Sightseeing Tours are charged in full and no refund. All Airline Cancellations are subject to Airline Cancellation & Refund Policy.
REFUND: No refund, either in part or in full for any unused portion of tour package once booking & reservation have been finalized. All down payments are non-refundable.
